• Food industry
• Scope of application: Recommended additives (by dry weight), efficacy or performance
  3-15% of various candies have good taste, moisturizing effect, anti cracking, antioxidant, shelf life, fragrance retention, and sugar free concept.
  3-10% of various pastries have good flavor, prevent drying and cracking, extend storage period, maintain appearance, and are sugar free.
  Fish products have a 3-8% protection against denaturation of fish cells and tissues during freezing, with good preservation effect, low sweetness, and anti browning.
  8% frozen fish powder has excellent moisturizing effect and good freezing protection performance.
  Jam and filling with 5-10% moisturizing effect, low sweetness, sugar free concept.
