Tween Polysorbate is a non-ionic surfactant with a foul odor, warm and slightly bitter, and is a series of partially fatty acid esters of polyoxyethylene dehydrated sorbitol. Widely used as emulsifiers and solubilizers for oil substances. Polysorbate is a non-toxic and non irritating materials. According to WHO’s assessment, the daily intake of total polysorbate can be as high as 25mg/kg body weight.
