CornChem Food-grade Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose CMC based products exhibit excellent thickening, water retention, dispersion stability, film-forming properties, and chemical stability.
It can achieve high viscosity at low concentrations, giving products a smooth and delicate texture. It effectively suppress shrinkage during dehydration, extending shelf life.
It effectively control crystal size in frozen products, preventing oil-water separation. In acidic applications, acid-resistant products exhibit excellent suspension stability, effectively improving emulsification stability and protein resistance. When used in combination with other stabilizers and emulsifiers, synergistic effects can be achieved, reducing manufacturing costs.
